The 1810V vertical feed mixer is the largest of our vertical sidewall feed mixers, offering a solution for larger livestock feeding operations. With a generous capacity of 1821 cu. ft., this high capacity mixer is designed to efficiently handle your feed mixing needs.
Specifications
The 1810V vertical feed mixer from Herd-Boss is built to last with durability in mind. It comes equipped with several key features:
- Thick Rubber Extension: The mixer includes a thick and durable 10” rubber extension to minimize spillage during operation.
- Abrasion-Resistant Auger Flighting: The auger flighting is constructed from 3/4” abrasion-resistant material, reducing wear and extending the mixer’s lifespan.
- Sturdy Side Walls and Floor: The side walls are made from 3/8” abrasion-resistant material, while the floor is constructed from 3/4” abrasion-resistant material to withstand heavy use.
- Robust Steel Plate Frame: The frame is built with robust steel plate construction to endure wear and tear over time.
- Stainless Steel Conveyors: Herd-Boss conveyors feature all stainless steel construction to minimize corrosion and wear.
Customers have the flexibility to choose from various options to customize their 810V vertical feed mixer. Some of the available options include:
- Auger plow blade options: 45° plow blade (Standard), 30° plow blade.
- Tire options: Super Single tires (Standard – 435/50R19.5), Lugger tires (560/45R22.5).
- Axle options: Rigid/Rigid Straight axles with Hyd. Brakes (Standard), Rigid/Steering Axles with Hyd. Brakes.
- Conveyor options: Various conveyor lengths, including 8’ Flat Dual Sliding Conveyor and Flip-Up Conveyors.
- Hydraulic Jack: Customers can choose to include a hydraulic jack for added convenience.
- Hitch options: Bull Pull Hitch (standard), Clevis Hitch.
